Hello everyone,
Herersquos some housekeeping info/rules:

bull canceling/rescheduling is no big deal; however, please cancel with 24hours of your appt: failing to cancel in time with result in charge of the full service.
( if you reschedule within 24hrs before you original appt, there will be no need to pay an additional booking deposit ) any rescheduled appts past the 24hr period will be required to pay a new booking deposit fee.

bull laundry is not included in any services.

bull Bed-making is included in each bedroom service; however, all bedding should be freshly washed & dried in order for beds to be made.

bull Please declutter as much as possible to make your cleaning/sanitizing process seamless as possible.

bull DM Cleaning understands that clients may decide to remain home during the cleaning service; however, DMCS would greatly appreciate the client remaining in a different/unoccupied room as the cleaner handles all of the cleaning.
